When we plotted our next 5 years roadmap back in 2015, it was crystal clear that we needed to transform ourselves so that we can walk the talk, before bringing Digital Transformation to our clients and partners. In order to embark on this journey, Asiasoft, together with Net One Systems Co., Ltd. (TYO:7518)(“NOS”), a Japan based global network & solutions provider signed a strategic partnership in 2016. With this partnership, we jointly invested in geographical expansion into Malaysia (Scalenow Malaysia) and Indonesia (P.T. Scalenow Solusi) in 2017. In 2018 we invested in a team of virtualization and network consultants (ARK Virtualization) in Singapore and India, opening up new markets for us in India and in the Middle East, more importantly, elevating our expertise in the Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) and our domain expertise in what we term Work Style Innovation (WSI) – which revolves around Workspace, Workplace and Workforce transformation.

Fast forward to 2019, on 1st April and as we celebrate our 10th year anniversary, Asiasoft Solutions Pte Ltd (“Asiasoft”) will be renamed to Net One Asia Pte Ltd (“NOA”), and similarly with our regional companies. More than just a rebranding exercise to consolidate the multiple brands in ASEAN, it is our commitment to better serve our clients that span across multiple countries and geographical regions. This includes bring more joint regional initiatives, common shared resources across countries, sharing best practices and much more.

Through the last years, we’ve learnt and adopted the Japanese quality that defines Net One: “Takumi” the Japanese word for Artisan, to sync this with Asiasoft’s values – To provide Quality IT Services in ASIA, we continue to execute our strategy for the next 3 years – including expansions of our 24×7 EXpert Operations Centers (XOC) in Malaysia and Japan to provide more managed services options for our clients, executing our program to nurture our next generation of human capital, extension of our consulting services into DevOps operations and working with our key vendors to provide enterprise hybrid cloud migrations and transformations to name a few.

More importantly, as we journey through these exciting times, we remain committed to you as who we are today and who we will be tomorrow is only possible because of your support and participation. The Asiasoft team, the culture and dedication remains the same, the investments and commitment into our future for the Asia market will significantly increase as Net One Asia.
